Ralph Martin is the President of Renewal Ministries and the host of the weekly television program The Choices We Face. He is the author of the bestselling book The Fulfillment of All Desire,andseveral other books on the Catholic Church, spirituality, and audio albums on the teaching of the saints. He is the Director of Graduate Programs in The New Evangelization at Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit. Ralph is also Assistant Professor of Theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in the Archdiocese of Detroit as well as Visiting Professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Ralph and his wife Anne have six children and nine grandchildren.

Peter Herbeck is the Vice President and Director of Missions for Renewal Ministries. He has been actively involved in evangelization and Catholic renewal throughout the U.S., Canada, Africa, and Eastern Europe for the past twenty five years. Peter is a co-host for the weekly television programsThe Choices We Faceand Crossing the Goal. He also hosts Fire on the Earth, a daily radio show. He is a frequent conference speaker and the author of When the Spirit Comes in Power and When the Spirit Speaks, and audio tapes about discipleship and life in the Spirit. Peter and his wife Debbie have four children.

Sr. Ann Shields, S.G.L., is an internationally noted speaker and author of Deeper Conversion and other books on Catholic spirituality.  She is a member of The Servants of God’s Love, a charismatic religious community established in the Diocese of Lansing, Michigan. She is currently the host of the daily radio program Food for the Journey.

Anne Martin is the Director of creative services for Renewal Ministries. Her responsibilities include newsletter, print ads and product design and layout, and website manager. Anne and Ralph have six children and nine grandchildren.

Gary Seromik is the Director of office administration and Human Resources for Renewal Ministries. He oversees the finances, database, and fundraising and has worked with Ralph for more than thirty years. Gary and his wife Anilu have four children and one grandchild.

Jessica Sherwood has worked for eight years as the Missions administrator, conference coordinator, and Renewal Ministries Institute administrator. After graduating from Franciscan University of Steubenville, she worked as a kindergarten teacher and worked extensively with a youth group in the state of Washington. Jessica has spoken to women’s groups and youth/student groups in the U.S. She has appeared on “Life on the Rock” and “The Choices We Face” television programs and has been on several international mission trips including Mexico, Romania, Slovakia, Sudan, Samoa, Turkey, and Kenya.

Debbie Herbeck is the newsletter editor for Renewal Ministries and the producer for the weekly Catholic television program The Choices We Face.She is the co-director of the Renewal MinistriesSchool of Catholic Bible Study and she and her husband Peter co-authored a book entitled: When the Spirit Speaks, Touched by God’s Word. Debbie has worked extensively in youth and women’s ministry for the past twenty five years, doing evangelism on university campuses, speaking at high school youth conferences, leading mission trips for youth, directing summer youth camps, and mentoring high school and college age women. Debbie and Peter have four children ages 22-14.

Penny Oberliesen has worked for Renewal Ministries for more than fifteen years as the receptionist and manager of data entry. She and her husband Richard have four children and six grandchildren.

Jan Sauter is the product sales and inventory manager and Ralph Martin’s personal assistant. Jan and her husband John have four children and one grandchild.

Christina Thomashefski is the Assistant TV Producer for The Choices We Face and also works as the Marketing Manager and Manager of Radio Communications for Renewal Ministries. She graduated with a Music Business degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She has also been involved with youth ministry as Co-Director for Pine Hills Girls’ Camp, doing music for LifeTeen programs and participating in various youth retreats. Christina loves to travel for missions and has been to Trinidad, Nicaragua, Honduras, Africa and several European countries.

Laura Gurta is responsible for assisting with data entry and answering phone. Laura and her husband have four children, ages 11-21.
