Ralph Martin is the President of Renewal Ministries and the host of the weekly television program The Choices We Face. He is the author of several books on the Catholic Church and spirituality and audio albums on the teaching of the saints. He is the Director of Graduate Programs in The New Evangelization at Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit. Ralph is also Assistant Professor of Theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in the Archdiocese of Detroit as well as Visiting Professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Ralph and his wife Anne have six children and six grandchildren.

Peter Herbeck is the Vice President and Director of Missions for Renewal Ministries. He has been actively involved in evangelization and Catholic renewal throughout the U.S., Canada, Africa, and Eastern Europe for the past twenty five years. Peter is a co-host on The Choices We Face, a frequent conference speaker and author of books and audio tapes about discipleship and life in the Spirit. Peter and his wife Debbie have four children.

Sr. Ann Shields, S.G.L., is an internationally noted speaker and author. She is the Superior of the Servants of God’s Love, a charismatic religious community established in the Diocese of Lansing, Michigan. She is currently the host of the daily radio program Food for the Journey.

Anne Martin, Ralph’s wife, mother of six children and grandmother of six, has been working for Renewal Ministries for the past ten years. Her responsibilities include newsletter design and layout, and website manager.

Gary Seromik, is the overall Administrator for Renewal Ministries. He oversees the finances, database, and fundraising and has worked with Ralph for thirty years. Gary and his wife Anilu have four children.

Craig Pohl is head of marketing for Renewal Ministries and the assistant production manager for The Choices We Face television program.  He also works as an itinerate speaker for retreats, conferences, and various parish events.  Craig has been extensively involved in Catholic youth/young adult ministry and spent 3 years teaching Philosophy and Theology at Lansing Catholic High School.  He graduated in 1999 from the University of St. Thomas, MN with a degree in Philosophy and Catholic studies.  He is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, MI.

Jessica Sherwood has worked for five years as the Missions administrator, conference coordinator, and Renewal Ministries Institute administrator. She graduated from Franciscan University in 1998 and has participated in mission trips to Slovakia, Romania, Samoa and the Sudan, and has given women's retreats in Oregon and Washington.

Debbie Herbeck has worked extensively in youth and women’s ministry for the past twenty five years, doing evangelism on university campuses, speaking at high school youth conferences, directing youth camps, and mentoring high school and college age women. She has spoken at Franciscan University women’s and youth conferences, and women’s events throughout the country. For eight years she led a weekly bible study for over 200 women and is currently the director of the Renewal Ministries School of Catholic Bible Study.

Debbie is the newsletter editor for Renewal Ministries and has written articles for New Covenant, Pastoral Renewal, Credo, and Catholic Faith and Family. She and her husband Peter recently co-authored a book entitled: When the Spirit Speaks, Touched by God’s Word. She is also the producer for the weekly Catholic television program The Choices We Face, co-hosted by Ralph Martin and Peter Herbeck. The Herbecks live in Ann Arbor, Michigan with their four children, ages 13-20 and are members of Christ the King parish.

Penny Oberliesen has worked for Renewal Ministries for fifteen years as the receptionist and senior data entry person. She and her husband Richard have four children and five grandchildren.

Jan Sauter oversees product sales and inventory for Renewal Ministries and works as Ralph Martin’s personal assistant. Jan and her husband John have four children and one grandchild.

Maryn is a student at the University of Michigan majoring in English. She is one of seven children in her family. Maryn is responsible for data entry.
