New to MP3s? You aren't alone!
What is an MP3? An MP3 is an audio file (something you listen to, not a video).
On what device can I play an MP3? You should be able to listen to MP3 audio files on your phone, computer, or tablet. (If you have trouble downloading or playing the files on your phone, try it on your computer or vice versa.)
When I place an order for an MP3, how do I access it? When you order an MP3, we provide you with a link that you will click on to access and download/save the file to your phone, computer, or tablet. You can access this link in two places:
1) The email confirmation that you will receive after the order has been submitted. The link will be in the body of the email. It may take a few minutes for you to receive the email, and you may need to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Click on the link and follow your device's downloading steps. Once the file is downloaded, click on a talk, and it should begin to play.
2) The other place you will be able to access the link is in your Renewal Ministries' account. We highly recommend new customers create an account during the ordering process. To access your link this way, click “Login” at the top of our website, fill in your user name and password when prompted, and then go to the “My Order History” section of your account. When you scroll down that page, you will see the MP3 under Purchased Items, and the link will be there as well. Click on the link and follow your device's downloading steps. Once the file is downloaded, click on a talk, and it should begin to play.
My download isn't working - what do I do? The rapid advancements being made in technology can lead to compatibility issues, so try downloading the MP3 to a different device (if it's not working on your phone, try it on your computer, or vice versa). If that still does not work, please send an email explaining the problem to Emily at ebachelor@renewalministries.net.
