Editor | Media Administrator | Be Love Revolution Creative Coordinator

Editor

The Editor oversees the production of the monthly Renewal Ministries’ newsletter, accompanying product reply card, and writes, edits, and curates content and communications across the ministry. This is a part-time, hybrid position that reports to the President.

The primary responsibilities include:

Curate, edit, and write content for monthly newsletter and reply card.
Edit booklet and other Renewal Ministries’
Edit website updates and curate content for blog.
Maintain newsletter archives.
Collaborate with the Media Director and Creative Director to create, curate, and share content on Renewal Ministries’ social media platforms, as needed.
Collaborate with the Media Team to curate, edit, and write content for Renewal Ministries’ emails, as needed.
Other projects as assigned.

We are looking for a candidate that:

Is personally committed to Catholic orthodoxy, evangelization, and the mission of Renewal Ministries.
Has a bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, English, or a related field.
Has professional writing and editing experience.
Is highly organized and attentive to detail, particularly in writing.
Can multi-task and meet firm deadlines.
Has experience managing a monthly project from conception to completion.
Is proficient with the Chicago Manual of Style.

Strong candidates will have:

Photography experience
Social media and email marketing experience
Proficiency with WordPress and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp)

Media Administrator

The Media Administrator assists the Media Director with the production and distribution of all Renewal Ministries digital media content, including television, radio, podcasts, YouTube videos, social media content, and email marketing. This is a part-time, in-office position that reports to the Media Director.

The primary responsibilities include:

Assist in the production of The Choices We Face. Serve as the primary coordinator of guest logistics, hospitality, and distribution administration.
Assist with the distribution of radio, podcasts, and video projects.
Assist in the management of email marketing platforms, email lists, and email creation. Build, schedule, and send various emails.
Assist in managing the Renewal Ministries media archive, including archival footage of television, radio, and print programs.
Provide administrative support to the Media Team, including the management of media collateral, database administration, coordinating supplies, running errands, and coordinating setup, clean up, and hospitality for production shoots.

We are looking for a candidate that is:

Personally committed to Catholic orthodoxy, evangelization, and the mission of Renewal Ministries.
Highly organized, attentive to detail, able to multi-task, and able to work with firm deadlines.
Flexible, adaptable, teachable, and resilient.
Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Familiar with data entry, data management, and tools for organizing, interpreting, and presenting information.
Strong project management skills.

Strong candidates will have:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with event planning and promotion.
Experience with social media and email marketing.

Be Love Revolution Creative Coordinator

The Be Love Revolution (BLR) Creative Coordinator makes BLR beautiful through the creation of graphics, print pieces and merchandise, and maintenance of the Be Love Revolution website. This full-time, salaried, in-office position reports to the Director of Be Love Revolution.

The primary responsibilities include:

Design & maintain the BLR website.
Design promotional pieces, educational pamphlets, weekly and event emails, donor communications, and slides for talks and events.
Oversee merchandise creation and production.
Create social media plan, design collateral, and execute plan on social media for Be Love Revolution and Pine Hills Camps.
Take, edit, and post photos and videos at talks and events.
Manage BLR media storage.
Setup and run ProPresenter and Powerpoint for events.
Participate in in-school discipleship, small groups, and retreat, and co-lead an Abide small group.
Assist with design and administrative tasks for Pine Hills Camp.
Attend Bible studies, staff meetings, times of prayer, and events as directed.
Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a candidate that is:

Is personally committed to Catholic orthodoxy, evangelization, and to the mission of Renewal Ministries and Be Love Revolution.
Has experience in youth ministry, evangelization, and discipleship.
Has experience in graphic design and social media.
Has experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Team, and with the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Is highly organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and able to meet firm deadlines.

Strong candidates will have:

A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, theology, pastoral ministry, education, or a related field.
Experience with social media and email marketing.
